We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. Allow at least 24 hours for warehouse processing. Email the e-commerce team firstname.lastname@example.org with any problems or requests.
You can return a defective product within 30 days of the purchase date. Most defects will be apparent upon initial inspection of the item; sometimes the defects will not be obvious until the product is used. If you feel that a product received is defective, please email email@example.com to resolve the issue. Any defective items are subject to our warranty inspection and review. If the item on your invoice does not match the item you received, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to remedy the issue in a timely matter. No returns after 30 days. These products must be returned in their original unopened packaging. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to items returned that were ordered incorrectly. Return shipping and associated cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Occasionally, an item goes out of stock sooner than we anticipated. If this occurs, we will ship the available items in your order immediately. Once your backordered item(s) is available, we will ship it to you at no additional shipping cost .
Payment & Taxes
Dealertrack will invoice the total of any orders on your regular monthly statement, and payment will be due on receipt. Applicable taxes will be added on the statement.
